Returns Policy

At Flexipants™, your satisfaction is important to us. We offer a straightforward 30-day returns policy from the date you receive your item.

Return Costs

We proudly offer free shipping on all orders to provide you with the best shopping experience possible. However, as a small business, we're currently unable to offer free returns. A return shipping label fee of £4.99 will be deducted from your refund or charged seperatley if its for an exchange. Once your return request is authorised, we will send you instructions to generate your return shipping label.

Eligibility for Return

To qualify for a return:

  • Your item must be unworn, unused, and in the original condition and packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

We greatly appreciate your understanding and support, helping us continue to provide the high-quality, stretchy, stylish pants you love.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please check your order carefully upon receiving it. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours. We will promptly evaluate and resolve the issue.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your Flexipants for a different size or style, please contact us first. We will send you a link to our easy-to-use returns portal, where you can initiate your exchange.

A £4.99 fee for a Royal Mail tracked returns label will apply. This fee will be charged when you create your return label through the portal.

Once you're in the portal, you can choose the item you would like to exchange for — meaning you don't have to wait for a refund to place a new order.

Refunds

Upon receiving your return, we'll inspect it and notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember:

  • The £4.99 return shipping label fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

If you haven't received your refund within 3 business days after confirmation, please reach out to us directly.
